Dos Copas means “two glasses” – which is a great way to start your night, but it’s really about two brothers who had two dreams of two places with two much fun for one place, so they opened two, in one place. Confused? Let us explain.
Step inside your choice of two sets of double doors and find two distinct places right under one roof—two sides of the same coin, the yin and the yang of it, both the left and the right of life—tailor made for you and your family.
You’ll have one difficult decision to make when you enter through our front door. To the right is Dos Copas Pacifico Grill, because whatever is right with the world is even more right, right behind these doors. You can all rest your mind and fill your belly with a tall, frosty glass of laid-back and a big steaming plate of fresh, savory comfort that we like to call “Addictive Baja Cuisine”.
Dos Copas Cantina is to the left, because behind these two doors, what’s left of your brain after the world gets through with you, won’t be left for long. We don’t have to translate what “cantina” means…the band fires up at 9:00pm, so just help yourself to a salt-rimmed jolt of kicked-up fun, and then grab a double shot of wild-side attitude on the house, as you indulge in a rousing game of who-cares-anyway. Oh, and when you get hungry, we’ll feed you, and then send you home happy and exhausted. You’ll get happy either way, so the decision if yours. Choose wisely.
Dos Copas is owned by Paul and Flay Dalrymple, brothers from North Georgia. They are born entrepreneurs, who possess an intense talent of seeing things in our world that are average and breathing life back into them. One day, on the way back from a fishing tournament, the D-brothers came across a sleepy, small-town Mexican restaurant and bar for sale. They instantly knew what to do. The D-brothers work tirelessly (often to the point of obsession) so you are able to relax, eat and drink in a comfortable environment that speaks and thinks the same way as you. They believe in Freestyle progress, a set of shared beliefs that include hating the expected, responding to customer cravings, delivering a unique product with consistently excellent service, being environmentally conscious, giving back to the local community, and having fun while doing it!
